Sometimes, life is very crude and it takes years to understand and get habituated to the speed. It takes more than just stepping into someone’s shoes to understand what they feel. Sometimes, it’s about the hardships that we don’t see, after we see the person spend the salary for his family’s happiness. Sometimes, it’s about the tears of all the nights, after the world’s asleep. Sometimes, it’s about the people, who never give up.
You and I, we fall under the normal category from a bird’s eye view. Sometimes, some people are so rich but, are too miser to even get noticed. Sometimes, it’s the happiest people on the damn planet, working for every penny. A shattered soul looking for a place for his own happiness chooses to pick other’s, and compromises with his own smile. We all have good in us but, a few of us can actually focus that good into something better and productive.
Sometimes, you fail so miserably that there is no ray of hope… But, if you know me, then you will know that there is always hope. The people who you have alongside at your fall, are the hope. The questions that the world asks, become your reality. The “I don’t give a damn” attitude from your friends, is quite common. The dependencies for the people, who hit rock bottom, tops the charts.
In all of this, there is always a good thing, my friend. We have got a choice to make. Either cry about what the world is saying..Or smile for what the world knows you for. Just because, you are a failure at present for a bunch of unknowns or known characters, it doesn’t mean that you are one. It just means that those knowns were never the constants in your life.
In the end, if you don’t give up after all the hardships, all the bullshit of society, all the taunts and all the sorrows – You definitely are a winner. I also was a failure in my mind but, in my heart…I always won because I earned for the people, I love and I earned respect from the people who resented me.
Always remember – It’s just temporary. But, ‘Someday’ will definitely come, if you believe in yourself.
